HSE's Health Management Maturity Workshop sets you on a pathway to success.

How does it work?

Key members of your organisation will be invited to complete our unique diagnostic questionnaire. This explores the four key areas of 'maturity' ('leading', 'engaging', 'improving' and 'controlling') that our research, consultation and trials have identified as critical to good health management.

Each participant will be asked to consider what evidence they can call upon to support their answers to the questionnaire. HSE will then facilitate a discussion that challenges the given responses and evidence in order to obtain a truer reflection of your organisation's health management performance and robustness.

What are the benefits?

In short, the workshop will tell you how well your health management is performing now, what 'good' health management looks like, and what needs to be done to get there.

You'll find out exactly where your organisation stands in respect of its health management maturity, ranked on a five point scale from 'unknowing' to 'enlightened'.

HSE will help you develop an evidence-based action plan, suggesting any practical solutions and improvements that can be made to take you to the next level.
