Your product must undergo conformity assessment with the UK
Explosives Approved Body in time for when your CE certificate
expires or by 31 December 2027 whichever is sooner.
Applications can take between 3 to 6 months to process,
please ensure that you submit your application taking this into
consideration.
The Information Handbook describes the
organisation and operation of UK-EAB. It also provides a guide for
applicants seeking UKCA or UK(NI) assessment of their products and
states the Rules for Certification of Explosives for Civil Uses
that must be followed prior to and during the conformity assessment
process.
