Musculoskeletal Disorders

The term Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSD) is used to describe pain and other disorders affecting the muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves or other soft tissues and joints.  MSDs are the most common occupational illness in Great Britain, and the number of days lost from work by workers suffering from them is high.
