Managing work-related stress effectively means taking an active, strategic and tactical approach at all layers of management within your business, supported by a robust safety culture. We understand this, both through our research and our work with clients.

Experts will open this one day event by taking delegates through some of their top tips on how to undertake an organisational wide risk assessment approach to preventing work-related stress and highlight the aspirational goal of achieving H&S cultural excellence.

This event will however, focus on providing delegates with knowledge and understanding of the multitude of causes of stress both from the home and workplace, and consider how work-related stress can manifest itself in the individual and the business. It will offer practical strategies that you can use to spot signs of stress and consider how you might manage stress more effectively by creating a high performing team. In considering how to create a high performing team the event will outline factors at the organisational, team and individual level, including:
