*Your licence restricts your use of the tool to the appropriate number of employees. However, should you require to upgrade or expand your licence to include new employees or wider parts of your organisation/group, we are happy to accommodate and charge only the difference in licence fee.

Refund Policy

As a public body, HSL comply with the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 and follow the principles of the Information Fair Trader Scheme (IFTS).

With regard to return of goods, unless exceptional circumstances apply, it is not our policy to exchange or provide a refund for any of our products which we have supplied correctly.
