Peter Davies joined HSL in 2007. He is the Corporate Information and Services Director, which includes responsibility for Health and Safety, Information Services, Security, the PFI contract, Estates and Environmental Management as well as HSL's new Products business. Peter holds a First Class Honours degree in Electronic Communication Engineering, an MBA from Warwick University and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.  Peter spent the early part of his career working for GEC-Plessey Telecommunications as a development engineer before joining British Rail Research where he worked as a Technical Consultant and Team Manager before rising to become an Operations Director within its privatised successor company, AEA Technology Rail. Here, Peter led teams involved in winning and delivering a range of large multi-disciplinary projects and software products.  Prior to joining HSL , Peter was a Director of nCode International, where he had responsibility for software development, product management, programme management, materials testing and global IT.
